The newsletter is sent every Tuesday during the academic year by email and it includes information about events, APIMEDA Lifebook tips, and other opportunities.

Submit Your Event to the APIMEDA E-News
To submit events to be advertised on the APIMEDA newsletter, please submit your event using this form. We must receive your information by 8:00pm PST Thursday prior to Tuesday newsletter release.The form will ask you to share the following types of information:
- Your office or organization’s name
- Organization contact information
- Event’s name
- Event time, date, and location
- Short description
- A flyer in image format (such as png or jpg, but png preferred).
In order for your event to be included, the event must meet the UC San Diego Principles of Community and be relevant to the communities we center in our work. Flyers are subject to the approval of the APIMEDA Programs and Services professional staff. If you have any concerns, please email us at apimeda@ucsd.edu and leave us time to respond prior to our deadline for inclusion in the newsletter.
