The newsletter is sent every Tuesday during the academic year by email and it includes information about events, APIMEDA Lifebook tips, and other opportunities.

Submit Your Event to the APIMEDA E-News
To submit events to be advertised on the APIMEDA newsletter, please email apimeda@ucsd.edu. We must receive your information by 8:00pm PST Friday prior to Tuesday newsletter release, and your email must contain:
- Your office or organization’s name
- Organization contact information
- Event’s name
- Event time, date, and location
- Short description
- A flyer in image format (such as png or jpg, but png preferred).
In order for your event to be included, the event must meet the UC San Diego Principles of Community and be relevant to the population that we serve. If you have any concerns, please include those in your email and leave us time to respond prior to our Monday deadline for inclusion in the newsletter.
